New Aikido Shoshinkan Schedule
The new Aikido Shoshinkan class schedule will commence form the 10th August 2009. Our calendar will be amended to reflect these changes:
Monday: Games Workshop, Willow Road, Lenton, Nottingham NG7 2WS
- Regular Class: 18:30 – 19:30
- Regular Class: 19:40 – 20:40
Tuesday: Lees Brook Sports College, Morley Road, Chaddesden, Derby DE21 4QX
- Back to Basics: 19:00 – 20:00
- Regular Class 20:00 – 21:00
Wednesday: Lees Brook Sports College, Morley Road, Chaddesden, Derby DE21 4QX
- Split Class Advanced/Regular: 19:00 – 20:00
- Test Practice: 20:00 – 21:00
Thursday: Games Workshop, Willow Road, Lenton, Nottingham NG7 2WS

- Gowaza/Jiyuwaza Class 20:30 – 21:30

All morning classes will stay the same for now.
